Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we will accept returns for a refund with a 17% restocking fee or exchange for an alternate item with no restocking fee at Shangri-la Dresses online only.

Clearance items and Bridal or Bridesmaid collections are FINAL SALE.

At Shangri-La Dresses online only, all we ask is that you send the item back to us in perfect condition, with all labels attached, and that you follow the return instructions listed below (online only).

AN ADVICE ABOUT SIZING

The size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements. To make sure you are getting the best size, click on the ‘size chart’ link below the size option of your dress of choice.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

Please email us at returns@shangrila-dresses.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request your return authorization number (RA#). Please indicate that you want to exchange your purchase, and note the style number, color, size requested and your wear date.  Return authorization #’s will be issued to eligible items. Please note Bridal, Bridesmaid, and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

Domestic Customers
Your Package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number (RA#).

International Customers
If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your exchange. Any taxes, duties or customs duty fees incurred for international orders are non-dreditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN FOR REFUND

Please email us at returns@shangrila-dresses.com within 5 days of receiving you order to request your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please indicate that you want to receive a refund.  Your refund, minus 17% restocking fee, will be issued once you return is received and inspected.

Domestic Customers

International Customers
If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your exchange. Any taxes, duties or customs duty fees incurred for international orders are non-dreditable and are the responsibility of the customer.
PLEASE NOTE

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving your (RA#). You may use the shipping carrier of your choice for your return. All returns must be insured by the shipping carrier and sent “signature required”.
  • Please have your RA # clearly printed on the outside of the box. All products must be in the condition you received them and items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in perfect condition, with the original product tags attached and garment bag intact to be accepted as a return. Any items that appear to have been worn or altered will be returned to you.
  • Packages returned without an RA # will be subjected to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
  • Processing time for Returns is 4-7 business days. Once processed, the exchange or refund will be applied to your order.

• Upon inspection, if it is determined that the item has been worn, altered, tampered with or damaged without prior notification, your return authorization will be voided and the item will be shipped back to you.
